After almost 3 months of back and forth with another garage, with no resolution, I brought my vehicle to Dettmer Tire and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours. My experience has been so positive, I won’t hesitate to return, or recommend these folks to all my friends and family!
This is a comment about Chris. Earlier today, December 18th, I came to have my tires torqued. Chris was assigned to the task. He was cheerful and efficient throughout the process, despite the damp weather. He also added air when asked to do so and even checked for the correct pressure before starting. He was obviousy informed about services offered by Dettmer when I asked a general question. I appreciate this type of personal service and hope Chris does well with his training as a mechanic.
Spencer installed our winter tires with the mobile tire service. He did a great job very efficiently. What a friendly young man.....well done!!!!! Good price and right on time.
Just a big thank you to the team at Dettmer Firestone for helping me to select my snow tires today. I have been shopping online for weeks to find tires and wheels in my budget. I called and spoke to Alex before noon today on the phone and had my new tires installed before end of the day. I have missed the big rush and i am ready for the snow. Can't beat that! I will be back when i need tune ups and other car repairs.
